Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Sabab store, operated by UMMANITY MEDIA COMPANY LLC. If you have questions, contact us at contact@makesabab.com.

1) Returns (14-day window)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging and accessories where applicable.

2) Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for return (unless required by law):

• Gift cards
• Personalized or made-to-order items
• Final sale / clearance items (when clearly marked as final sale)
• Hygiene-sensitive goods that have been opened (if applicable)

3) How to start a return

Email us at contact@makesabab.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

4) Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item, damage in transit).

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer).

Original shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

6) Exchanges

If you want an exchange, contact us first. If the item is in stock, we may offer an exchange. Otherwise, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

7) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will propose a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
